Professional Indemnity is primarily designed to respond to financial loss arising from faulty advice, design or specification by the service provider. Public Liability & Products primarily designed to address the personal injury or property damage that may arise from the service providers activities.
Public Liability protects you and your business against a broad range of legal liabilities, including personal injury and property damage caused by your negligence. Public Liability is essential for all tree loppers and due to the nature of your work you need to have the right insurance in place should a claim arise.
Professional Indemnity is designed to deal with financial loss arising from a principal's reliance upon the service provided, and in many cases is a compulsory purchase for many professionals providing advice.
