The practice directly bills to Medicare for most patients under 16 years of age, patients with a Health Care Card and Pensioners.

Conveniently open 6 days, Toukley Family Practice is located at 37-41 Canton Beach Road, Toukley, NSW and has been serving the local community since 2003.
Our patient scheduling system is flexible enough to accommodate patients with urgent, non-urgent, complex and planned chronic care and preventative health care needs. The individual preferences of our General Practitioners and other health care providers such as our Nurses are accommodated. Members of the clinical team are consulted about the length and scheduling of appointments.

I stopped attending this practise over 6 months ago. Always felt rushed out the door when visiting Dr. Bourne, she never checked BP even though I was on meds for high BP etc etc. Had melanoma removed and was shoved out the door to drive home when I certainly was not in a fit state to drive. Last visit to this doctor she was dismissive, condescending and incredibly rude. I did see Dr. Wu once and would highly recommended her, very thorough and lovely.

I'm giving the Toukley Family Medical Centre one star for effort. There's a Doctor called Gerald Martin. Who is always either sending wrong referrils or something going wrong.
We had a care plan person come out to the house. And Gerald Martin has got completely different medications written down. And saying that these meds are what he has percribed. And there so different to what he has actually percribed to us.
He's all over the shop.
We took paper work to the physico. Which is only 40 feet from his office. And the lady from the physics said that. There's something wrong on the paperwork that
