The boys were fantastic. They turned up on time and removed all the rubbish we wanted gone, fast and efficiently. They were very professional, friendly and considerate. I strongly reccomend Waste Wise Environmental!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! The garbage truck did arrive outside allowed hours at 2 am! to empty the half empty bins in the basement of a small apartment building in a quiet residential street in Glen Huntly.
On leaving the driver didn't wait for the gate to be securely shut, and a professionally looking (caught on security cameras) thief who happened (miraculously) to be in front did enter and stole my $500 bike.
The company refused to compensate me, and the managing director in arrogant ,rude way stated "dont waste my time"
Also he threatened me with the legal costs in case I take further action!

Unfortunately, my evenings are disrupted by Waste Wise collecting rubbish outside the allowed hours. I have spoken to my council, who now fine them on each occasion, not that they care, and I have even tried to speak directly to the company; however, they were dismissive. It's the worst company. If I could give them less than one star I would.
