The worst experience ever. If you wish to waste your money and time you are at the right place!
A very rude and unprofessional trainer, Dan. Just did not motivate, rather said straight away you are going to fail, as forklift driving is not meant for you.
Laughed and shook his head while i was driving, that took all my confidence away. Gave me a little extra time and made it up that i drove for 2 hours. The most unprofessional trainer i have ever come across.

First of all if you are an immigrant ill tell you DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE because you will lose your money and you will get no help to understand the study process ,
I have been to the head office and then paid as requested .
they said the course will start the next week they give me 3 books to read within 6 days without any instructions
on the training day the guy he was explaining (VERY FAST) without caring there a lots of ppl that would not understand the technical words about the course and the site safety... he never even asked if the explanation was clear .
