This is the worst student accomodation to stay at and i say this after staying at heaps of other student accomodations. I mainly blame the reception staff for it as they are ignorant and act like they are doing us a favour by letting us live in the accomodation. Its like u pay to get disrespected. They don’t know what customer service is and their staff clearly lacks experience in-spite of having experience because they don’t know anything in-spite of working at this building forever. Writing a complain to the manager is no good because she thinks her staff is never wrong. In short its a place

Urbanest Cleveland Street is for sure the best student accomodation in Sydney. I have lived here for more than 6 months, and have absolutely no complains. The management here is excellent and always try to help the tenants in whatever way they can. With all the facilities and the excellent hospitality they offer, this is the best place to live.

I lived here for a month, this place is the best place out of every place I have lived before in Sydney, high privacy, high safety, well organized. The common area is the best part here, here have an entertainment room which you can play the game hang out with your flatmate and here also have a really great gym with high quality equipment. And another thing that really make me impressive is staff here all so friendly and ready to help all the time. So if you have the plan to move to a new place I think this place is one of the best choices, if you have the chance to live here you must love here

I have been living here for about 5 months now and undoubtedly one of the best places for students to live in. Its located in very close proximity to UTS, USyd and the central station. The accommodation options available for students are quite varied, however, all the rooms are comfortable and cozy. The gym and the communal kitchen facilities are quite good. Also, the Urbanest team are really kind, professional and helpful at all times. Overall, I would recommend it to be one of the best choices for students to be able to live, study, and enjoy.

I have been living here for a few weeks and so far it has been a magnificent experience. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help, spaces like the gym, game room and bbqs are perfect for interacting with other students. In addition, the location is very good, close to restaurants, train, shopping centers. I highly recommend it.

Urbanest arguably provides the best student accommodation for exchange students. Cleveland Street is a prime location within a pleasant walk to Sydney Uni, a short stroll to Redfern Station that connects the uni area with Sydney CBD, and about a 10min walk to Broadway shopping centre (Aldi, Woolies, Coles). Equipped with all amenities, Apartments are genuinely of highest quality, while rooms, although small, are cozy and modern. Staff members go out of their to make the stay spot on. The only drawback is that WiFi keeps disconnecting on certain devices at times. Rent may seem daunting, but Sydney
