Once you have submitted a maintenance issue using the app, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your request. If the request progresses, you will also receive emails to advise what is happening, when tradespeople have been assigned, which tradespeople will be attending to the job etc.

Michael's knowledge of the current market is exceptional. He went over and above to assist in the sale of our property as we were overseas at the time. He arranged quotes, met with tradesmen, watered the gardens and kept us completely "in the loop". The time and effort he put in to following up with potential buyers was outstanding. This was Michael's third property sale for me, the first being 2 investment properties sold in 2014. Between all three properties, Michael had ONE home open before securing sales, at or above the asking price.
