I always stress leading up to our quarterly rent inspection, but Jade A is always so lovely and reassuring. I am so pleased to say that I recently worked with Barb at Preferred Properties to both sell my home and buy a multi family property in Burlington Vermont. I'll make an extremely long story short. I am trying to buy a house that this agency has and they are making it a nightmare. This has dragged out for months now, and it just came to be know that they are purposely dragging this out because they "are coming up on the buying season and might get a better offer"!
