Friendly and relaxed venue for lunch and after work drinks and food.
Outdoor beer garden area is simple but comfortable.
Food is good and usually served promptly. The buffalo wings with dipping sauce are excellent. Can’t stop eating the wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli. Reasonable prices, particularly the lunch specials.

The security attending on Saturday 7.30 PM 18th December 2021 was unprofessional and pathetic. We just walked from Parramatta station to the pub and we were sweating and bit tired due to 35°c heat outside, the security didn't allow us to go inside and he was arguing that we are drunk and didn't allow inside, we asked how does he know as we didn't and not even we smell like drunk but he kept on insisting and asking how much we drank etc etc, atlast we didn't argue and left. Management should check whether the security guard was in correct sense. This is our regular visit every year and never faced

The security guard at the front has exceptional customer service, he helped me put my vaccination on service NSW, he went above and beyond helping me and making everything easy for me, made me comfortable and made my sign in so easy, I would give him a 11 out of 10. Excellent guard, people need more helpful and excellent customer service guards like him. Well done mate. Will def come again.

Got double jabbed this morning and couldn't wait to go to my local Pub. Collector Hotel.

I only had a letter from my Doctor's Surgery stating that I was double vaccinated.
I presented this to the Security, Mustafa who I consider a friend as we often chat when he is not busy. (good for business as it is in the hospitality industry and it pays to be hospitable). He told me that I need my green card from Medicare which shows my
Covid-19 vaccination status. Anyway he showed me how to bring it up on my phone and I was able to get in. Plus saved me a trip to Centre Link and all the hassle

Have come here a few time to have dinner and thought I would share my experience. Their new menu is AMAZING, their chef really puts attention to detail and as always, the staff are the most friendly and welcoming people. I have had friends and family come with me and all have a great time. I would rate 6 stars if I could.
