Wedding photography is not about capturing perfection, but more about the in-between real moments. The sooner the better. The latest would be eight weeks prior to the wedding date, due to the time necessary to edit and deliver the images. Because most weddings occur on Fridays & Saturdays, I typically reserve Sunday afternoons or weekdays for engagement sessions. An advantage of weekday sessions is that locations are typically less crowded.
My relaxed approach and documentary style of photographing weddings allows for unscripted candid moments and the excitement of the day to unfold naturally. Working with natural light is also about telling the love story of modern lovers through beautiful details and intimate portraits, allowing your photographs to take you back to that special day and relive the emotions and happiness you felt.
