Fake It Hair Extensions on the Gold Coast was established in the year 2000 when the founder, Jayne Lee (an avid hair extension wearer for many years) had become so disillusioned with the industry as a consumer, in regards to pricing, quality of hair and quality of workmanship performed on her, that she decided to do something about it.
There are many different types of hair extension methods available today. The "fusion" method of applying hair extensions is currently the best technique to use. This is the method we use where we work from one bundle of hair from one donor ensuring all your strands are of the same exact quality. It also allows us to customise each strand during the process as we go.
There are many hair extension methods and techniques available on the market today but one is far better than the rest. We use only the best hair extension technique called the Fusion hair extension method. We also only use true European Remy hair (100% human hair). True Remy hair is classed as superior due to the fact that the cuticle has been left intact which results in smoother, tangle free hair.
We use 100% European Remy human hair extensions which can be coloured, curled and straightened and best of all it last for months. You can shower, sleep and swim as normal unlike when using some other extensions such as clip on extensions. You have probably noticed that the colours displayed on your computer look different on different computers.
Be prepared for your life to change, get used to being noticed and standing out in a crowd. Under normal conditions wash your hair twice a week. Expensive shampoos and conditioners are not necessary. We recommend Pantene products for coloured hair and a Pantene deep fortifying treatment once a week would be beneficial.
