DO NOT GO HERE. I spent over $1000 for extensions I asked for keratin but the hairdresser advised me to get tape ins instead so I did. Within the first fews days some of the tapes either had slipped, lifted or completely come off. They didn’t provide proper after care instructions either. I called to ask them to fix this issue which they said they would for free but because I live and work on the Gold Coast I couldn’t get back to the salon 3 weeks after when I showed to this appointment they said that I’m due for a move up and that I’d have to pay. I was a regular for a little bit but now I refuse to waste my money or time at this business.
They are all lovely hair dressers but the quality of my extensions are not satisfactory. I didn’t really know/understand what exactly went on in the extension world but now that I do I beg you to go to another salon, I got my extensions done for my graduation and the first day they were perfect but the day after all the troubles started.
The first week they had slipped and I needed to go back into the salon for a ‘aftercare apt’ which I have to travel

I had a full head of extensions put in at Kiki Hair about 5 weeks ago and they are amazing. Michelle is fantastic! She was super patient with all of my questions as I have never had extensions before. When a couple came out the following week (my fault- not theirs), I came back in and they put them straight back in for me free of charge. Highly recommend Kiki Hair, the quality of the hair is great as are the staff! Don't think I can ever go back to not having extensions anymore.

The hair quality is great however the colours vary. This is the second time I’ve bought extensions from Kiki both times I selected the same colour. This second set was very different from the first and had an almost green tinge. I will exchange for a different colour and hope for the best. I think it’s a little rich charging $30 for an exchange when it’s so difficult to choose colours from photos and the fact that the extensions are different every time. I paid over $300 for the extensions and am paying return postage. The $30 fee is beyond ridiculous especially if the set I receive next

I went to Kiki Hair today and had extensions. I’ve had hair extensions before which were nowhere near the quality of these. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. My extensions are very high quality the colour match is perfect and the way Jesse applied, layered and integrated them with my short hair is absolutely stunning. Very friendly very prompt and just very nice people. Thank you so much 😊. I feel really beautiful.

The staff at Kiki Hair Extensions are Fantastic. I ordered a ponytail hair extension and was not sure if it was my exact colour. The helpful staff member asked to see photos of my hair colour which I sent through. Kiki then sent photos back promptly of a few they felt were suitable to match . I changed my order as there was a better match and the Kiki member fixed order no hassles. The ponytail that was suggested by the staff member was a perfect match and I am so happy with the quality. I am very happy with the customer service that I recently received with Kiki Hair Extensions. The Owner contacted me directly to make sure that I walked away happy. Unfortunately with my particular hair colour, it is a difficult one to match. The Owner tried hard to find me hair extensions to suit my particular hair colour, and because there was no colour available to match my type of ginger, she offered me a full refund.

Warning!!! I would highly recommend NOT getting your extensions from here. The point of hair extensions is to increase the amount of hair not have it fall out from the roots. I lost a significant amount of hair in the space of 2 weeks and their solution was try again or get a store credit. With the adversity this has caused emotionally and physically this is no solution in my eyes.

The worst qaulity of hair extensions i have ever had. the owner did my hair and they fell out the next day, i went back she reassured me her new staff was a master at installing extensions and even hers fell out as well. the quality of hair becomes matted after a couple of washes which indicates its coated with silicon. the service is absolutely appalling, the quality is for the rubbish tip. the company it self doesnt even know what quality is, i had to go to another hair dresser for help and the hair melted onto the straightener. ive always worn good quality extensions
