Bad quality and horrible customer service. I purchased the bag gloves and the double end bag. Bag gloves only lasted a few months and the double end bag didn’t even last a day! It arrived with black stains on it and after one day the bag became deflated and wouldn’t keep its shape. I contacted customer service and was told it would be replaced. They never sent a replacement and ignored my emails after that. Will never purchase these products again.

Amazing products and customer service. I called regarding an order of mine and was greeted by a very friendly worker (name started with an R i think). He was very patient and kind and very efficiently helped me with a refund (regarding shipping). My order arrived a day after calling and the products are hands down amazing. The quality of the gear is high class and looks amazing. I ordered the split series Thai pads, the 16oz black widow gloves, and a key chain. They have amazing deals and all products are very well priced and affordable! Love the products keep it up @kimurawear !!!!

Put in a good size order recently and glad I did. A friend of mine had Kimurawear Thai pads and a belly pad and I was happy to support a Canadian company when it came time to order some new training equipment for myself. Amazing company to do business with! They're very honest and have that "small town, mom and pop shop attitude" where every transaction matters.
