Ordered turf on their website Saturday midday for same day pick up. Website took our order with no problem. Drove out to Coochin Creek for pick up & no one there. 8 calls to mobile with no answer or return call/2 calls to landline.
This is disgusting, no Customer Service at all. Stayed at business for appx 45 minutes hoping someone would come back or return our calls. Finally had a call back on Monday morning at 8am to ask why they had a missed call and was told that the men were doing ‘other work’ at the weekend and weren’t there & they needed 24-48hrs notice for turf orders (none of this

I was very disappointed with this business. I phoned them for a quote to remove a small area of turf and replace it with the turf of my choice. My phone call was then followed up by Mr Mick Cutts who I am led to believe, owns this business. Mr Cutts attended my home and gave me a verbal quote. He also sprayed the grassed area to be replaced with my approval after I had told him I was happy with the quote and to go ahead with the returfing of the area required. He then informed me he would do so either that same week or early the following week. That was on November 5, 2018 and I am still waiting
