Just wonderful experience with these guys. Communication excellent. The delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure the fridge was working and gave us advice on how to best maximise it's positioning for constant use especially with kids, maintenance, and warranty etc. Who'd have thought after 40 years that there was still a few things we didn't know!! Outstanding service!

Friendly helpful staff, HOWEVER, the products we purchased from them have had a number of significant problems which unfortunately have not been attended to in a timely manner and with very poor customer care.
Product is Steele in Cucina. Beware!

Purchased a dishwasher Tuesday, promised delivery Thursday. NO delivery? Rang late Thursday and promised a call back?! NO call back. Rang Friday and promised a call back?! NO call back. Had to get refund and go somewhere else and they didn't offer any explanation or update?? Kylie and Jaquie were very nice.

Recently was looking for a fridge as our fridge had thrown the towel in all of a sudden. The staff there were really really helpful.
Even tho i did not purchase a fridge unfortunately through L & M Gold Star as the fridge i wanted they didn't have in stock but were willing to do everything possible to get the fridge in for me ASAP, even following up the next day to see how i went with getting a fridge.
Thanks again and will definitely be using you guys in the future.

Really disappointed actually...not with the service as the lady was helpful in looking for a.fridge. i came.to.this store because it was.listed under Certegy for interest free loans. Once i had chosen a fridge i was told by the lady there was a 30% deposit required by the store itself. Thank you but no thank you to your 30% dep. Not when there are other deals out there that dont hit you with a 30% deposit. CERTEGY GET SOME OTHER COMPANIES ON YOUR LISTS IN THE GOLD COAST. Im not.prepared to.shop at this one!
