JMAS provides you with obligation free quotes over the phone or by email. In most cases we'll be able to tell you in advance how much your repair will cost based on your description of the fault, or at the very least we'll be able to give you a 'minimum' and 'maximum' cost range. When you call please have your make and model information ready.
Very few companies are prepared to publish their fees on their website, or they hide the true cost by offering a low callout fee and then they charge you every 10, 15 or 20 minutes they are on the job. We charge a flat fee per in-home service call, so it's our incentive to get the job done quickly, and get it done right, the first time.

I ended up eventually not needing John's help in the end, however, he was such a gentleman during the process. Helpful, patient and kind that he helped us diagnose and fix the issue. I have used this company several times. They are always very professional and offer a great service. I was able to speak to them on the phone to get guidance first and then it was very easy to book their service. They were very quick and reasonably priced. Their end price was within their quoted price. Saved me a lot of money buying a new appliance by fixing my long serving appliance. Their repairs also last well. Highly recommend.

I called John in distress on a Wednesday afternoon when my dishwasher stopped working. As a busy working mum, this was the end of the world. I described the problem to John, he came with the right parts had my dishwasher up and running again. We were not able to be home to meet John during the day so he came at 5.30pm to get it sorted. He is extremely clean and courteous. We will definitely use John in the future.

Had a dryer that stopped working so asked John to look at an intermittent fault in washing machine at the same time. John arrived promptly, and fixed both appliances with no fuss and at a very reasonable cost. I was particularly impressed with his willingness to listen to my description of the problems and what I had already tried to fix them. Friendly and efficient. I know where I’ll call next time I need something fixed. Thanks John.
