I spoke with Beachline Plumbing (BP) on three separate occasions for them to come do some minor work, each time they did not show.
1
I initially contacted BP just before the recent lockdown started, so I'll throw them a bone on this, no tradies were working that week, but I was not contacted in any way to let me know they were coming or reschedule.

To their credit, BP did reach out to me after 2 weeks AND had a smiley face at the end of the text. So how could I be mad at a plumber using emojis.
We agreed on a time and I waited eagerly for their arrive. Alas they did not show, this was starting
