Super service. I have not had a chance to meet Darren yet as I only come down to Wollongong over the weekend and my hot water emergency was during the week. The communication was easy, simple and clear. I made the arrangement with Darren over the phone and the job was completed a few hours later. Payment was also over the phone.

Darren gave me a quick and inexpensive fix for my old hot water heater and discussed my options for when the time comes that it needs replacing. Great conversation and excellent customer service. I know who I’ll be calling for all my plumbing work in future!

I rarely write reviews but this company definitely deserves one as outstanding service was recently received. Phoned Darren late one afternoon after an unfortunate hot water system issue and he promptly arrived within the hour. He efficiently diagnosed and rectified the issue. He is such a friendly and lovely guy who is clearly very talented in his profession. His gorgeous dog CJ was also in attendance which was an added bonus. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services for any future needs.
