Mattress was great for the first 2 years and then it collapsed, even though we rotated it regularly and bought one of their bed bases. It was not worth the extra expense of the ‘premium’ product and brand. I will be going elsewhere for our next mattress very shortly as daily back pain caused by this mattress is unbearable.

We purchased a top of the Range mattress from Slumbercorp, which was superior to any other mattress we saw at other Retailers. We got a much better product for a price less than the inferior opposition brands. I cannot express how comfortable this mattress is. I dread staying anywhere else because I just compare it to our Mattress and no matter how good they are, they fall way short of the comfort of ours. LOVE IT!

I can’t speak highly enough about the service of SlumberCorp. We purchased a bed and mattress made by this company after having bought a mattress previously made by them.
The workmanship and comfort of the mattress are superb and the help we received with choice was invaluable.

The 10 year warranty does not cover their claimed quality. I bought a top of the line mattress which only lasted a year before i was trying to find a comfortable spot on it. Would prefer all my cheaper matresses over the years that last much longer and then can be replaced. It was a quality mattress but needs to be replaced and they were no help as its part of their clauses for normal mattress use.
