I came into the shop just before xmas and received a quote for a queen size mattress. I called again today before I went into the shop with my own trailer to double check they had one in stock, which they did. Over the phone they said they would help me load the mattress into my trailer, but when I arrived they asked if I brought anyone to load it into my trailer myself! Before loading it up I went to pay, but the floor price was 20% ($550) MORE than my earlier quote, but ALSO THE PRICE WHICH WAS STILL ADVERTISED ONLINE! I thought they would honour the online price which they then double checked

We were so lucky to get recommended to Back & Neck Beds, their selection is great with something for anyone looking for adjustable beds.
After visiting them & choosing the one we liked, we went and visited the other 2 large bed companies across the road, but their selections & service we not up to the same standard!
We went back, did the deal, they gave us free delivery & a couple of neck & shoulder pillows (which are awesome) & even organised for our old bed to be taken away.
One week later the bed & mattresses were delivered, the guys were fantastic, friendly & thorough with explanations on

The moment I walked into the Booragoon Back and Neck Bed Shop, I knew that I would find the bed that I was looking for. The customer service that I received from Bree was beyond expectations. All of my questions were answered about the various options of mattresses and bases. This was my first time buying from The Back and Neck Bed Shop, in fact it was the first time I /we have ever bought a mattress without going into the shop to see or try it. It was a huge risk, but, the service was excellent and the personnel were very friendly and helpful. We have had the new mattress for about a week now, having taken a little while to get used to it, we have come to really like it. It was quite different to our old inner spring mattress which we had for . . . let’s say . . . too many years now. 😂😂 Plus, the big selling point for me, was, it is all made of natural products

Kane (shop owner) is absolutely phenomenal! Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, genuine and a stand-up guy to boot!
Stocks amazing locally made/sourced products and materials, environmentally friendly items and even repurposes old mattresses and sends them to disadvantages communities. Very reasonably priced products too.
You definitely wouldn't be wasting your time by going to visit the store, and I would bet you wouldn't leave empty handed or dissatisfied!

We loved our king sized mattress so much that bought another smaller mattress to go in our caravan!
We have purchased a bed head from these guys before which is still looking like new so we were keen to buy the next bed from The Back and Neck Bed Shop as well. We are very happy with our new King sized bed head and base. Communication was fantastic on the day of delivery so we knew exactly when the delivery would arrive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team, in fact we already have to friends.
