Tooley Imports is one of the biggest independently owned parts distributors in the country - but we started from humble beginnings as a small family business in the 1960s. We opened our doors in 1968 from our family-owned service station selling second-hand Volkswagen parts. The demand for our second-hand parts began to grow to the point that our only option was to innovate and start importing new parts.
The experience gained over decades, combined with the continued expansion of our product range and with the training of highly qualified personnel has turn the company AMC into a world reference in terms of casting and machining of aluminum and iron.
The integration of all our processes allows us to offer from the 3D design of a piece to the execution of prototypes as well as a serial production of the mentioned part, being developed 100% of the process in AMC according to several international standards and receiving the customer a complete solution according to their needs.

Went in there to get a ignition coil for VW , rang up four times to make sure they have the right part and assured it would be. Got there and it was for the 4 cylinder model not for my 6cylinder. Drove an hour to get there. I gave them my VIN number so I have no idea how they screwed up so badly. Then was told I would only be able to get it through genuine parts , which was another lie. Not very knowledgeable , and they pride themselves on VW parts too. No apologies or anything and the refund takes 3 days as well.

25.9.2020 Waste of space - i ordered and paid for a part on 18/9/20 - a week on its still not here. When I called them, level of interest in resolving the problem was spectacularly low.
I've been in the auto business for a LONG time. If this was the level of service my company gave, I'd want to sack someone. Maybe they charge too much and are happy
