My partner and I were very fortunate to build with Arcadia homes, from initial contact Mitch went above and beyond,
nothing was too much trouble, he helped us design our now beautiful home and directed us with what will work and what wouldn't.
The entire building process was effortless, during a time where materials were scarce and trades were difficult to come by.
I can not reccommend Arcadia highly enough, the communication we received on a weekly basis, how well organised they were consistantly blew us away,
Mitch through the entire build process was approachable and explained everything
nothing was too much trouble, he helped us design our now beautiful home and directed us with what will work and what wouldn't.

I cannot recommend Mitch and Arcadia homes highly enough. He is a professional, friendly, approachable bloke who nothing is too much trouble for. I never thought I could build a home, but Mitch made it possible and talked me through every step. He went above and beyond to provide our little family with a beautiful home exactly how we wanted it.
I have heard people say they feel like a number when building with bigger companies. This is absolutely not the case with Arcadia. If you want the personal touch and to be able to deal directly with the person building your home, as well as a quality house

Ours was a massive, challenging and complicated renovation from the ground up. Several builders wouldn't even quote on it. Mitchell and his team not only took it on with enthusiasm but found innovative solutions to overcome all the difficulties encountered along the way. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arcadia to anyone for a new build or even another large renovation - if our job hasn't put them off doing renos for a while! Our sincere thanks to Mitch, Hayley and the whole team. We wish them every success because they deserve it.

Arcadia Homes were an absolute pleasure to build with! We received our keys just before Christmas (completing the build eariler then expected) it was the best Christmas present ever, thank you Arcadia!
The team allowed us to visit the construction site at certain periods of the build which allowed us to see if it was everything we pictured or if we had any concerns we could raise them right there so we can make an amendment. There planning was spot on and the only change we had was that we wanted a barn door which they happily helped us out with.

Arcadia Homes are amazing to deal with! Being first home owners/builders a is difficult task in itself but Mitchell and Hayley helped us through the whole process. Answering any questions we had and working together with us to build a better house than we thought we could have ever imagined.
