After having given birth to multiple children in a short period, I wanted to make sure that I was on the right track with strengthening my pelvic floor and closing my abdominal separation. I've now had a few sessions with Beth and wanted to praise her on her service and professionalism. She has helped me with my concerns and makes sure that I understand the reasoning behind the exercises and why they are important. She is always happy to answer questions and is very thorough during the consultation. Highly recommended.

Have the receptionist listen to what people actually say to her. Came in with partner who booked us both in as she has been a long term client. She said to receptionist that my partner is here too. Told to take a seat and be right with you. I sat for 25 minutes until I asked if I needed to fill in a new patient form. Exasperation followed as she… thought I was just waiting for my partner. Then I got told that it was my mistake in not announcing myself properly, the Physio has their next patient now, so we can book you in later. Well having taken 1.5 hrs off work already, that didn't cut

I came here for upper back issues and receied a really thorough assessment and treatment plan. Within a few weeks of doing the stretches and exercises assigned I no longer had the same pain and stiffness. I've seen a few different people for physiotherapy and massages and can highly recommend Richmond Physiotherapy Clinic – they have a range of specialists and will cater the treatment to whatever works best. They're very thorough, friendly and have made feel assured and well cared for.

Having play sport my entire life I have experienced many physio's in my time - both good and bad. I have been going to see Beth here for the last 6 months who has rehabilitated a back injury that has plagued me for the last few years.
Whilst it's still not perfect Beth was able to initially treat it, then recommend a way to continue to strengthen my back and the area's around it.
I would highly recommend Beth if you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable physiotherapist.

Was training for my first Full Marathon and Injured my foot (peroneal tendonitis) from a long run 3 weeks before Melb Mara.Met Brett Walton and he is amazing! Treated my foot but it was impossible to be 100%… recovered as there’s too little time. Almost pulled out of the race and met him (for a 2nd appt) He fixed my foot and taped me up well, not just that he sat me down and gave me the pep talk I needed; and I took his advice (with calculated risk)that I should go ahead and give it a go, which I did! Turns out, my quad and calves cramps were giving me more pain than my foot during

I attended this clinic as a new client for a myotherapy appointment at 8 am on a Saturday morning. The appointment had been made a few days in advance and after arriving on time and waiting for more than 20 minutes I was told by the receptionist that the myotherapist hadnt arrived and she was unable to contact him. She suggested that I might as well leave.
I received no follow up call from the myotherapist or the clinic's management team to explain what happened or offer an apology for wasting my time. Clearly this clinic does not value new clients.

After a recommendation from a professional runner, Julia has helped me a number of times in the last couple of years. From a groin injury that is now 100% (even better than the side that wasn't injured!) to back pain that is painful no more, I can highly recommend Julia. Excellent in practice work followed by great suggestions for strengthening excercises between visits. She also recommended I take clinical pilates classes which I have now been enjoying for over a year.
