I've known Harry and Ken for over 12 years. Ken was absolutely amazing while helping to re-finance our WA property so we could purchase our house in Queensland. Working with two banks in two states and three mortgages with a very short settlement period was totally overwhelming, but Ken kept us calm and was very professional throughout the process, going above and beyond to get it through in time!
