I came to Blue Mountains for a Hen's weekend and was looking forward to the massages with my friends. My friends and I received the worst experience ever as we received poor customer service which made us feel unsafe and won't be going back.
The manager was lovely when we explained the situation that we experienced.

Best Spa in Sydney!!! I've never been pampered like that before it was an absolutely amazing experience!! Best value for money I've received from any spa, hands down best massage of my privileged existence. Beautiful location and tranquil setting. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and plan to return as often as my schedule will allow for.
