First National managed my property in Chatswood for just under 4 years. The First National team are courteous, polite and professional to deal with. I usually corresponded with Simon and Ardin and found them both very knowledgeable and reasonable people to deal with. The agency agreement was terminated because my daughter is moving into the unit.
Should the need for an estate agent arise in the future, First National would be my first port of call. A big thank you guys and I sincerely hope that we can all return to our pre-Covid environment in the near future.

Good experience overall, especially responsive regarding faults and maintenance.
Rented though here since from before the merge with Ray White and never had any issues with renewals or inspections which were carried out quite professionally each time.
Recently had an electrical fault caused by an aging oven on a Sunday outside of office hours that caused loss of power throughout the apartment, which didn't come back on after resetting the circuit breaker switches in my apartment.
Called and left a message not knowing what to expect and got a call back from Simon in under an hour. Walked me through

I rented for 2 years through this agency with a perfect rental record. On moving out, they scheduled an open for inspection with less than 24 hours notice (illegal). When I rang to say this was unacceptable, I was told to "take it easy" and made to feel like they were doing me a favour by cancelling the open house. They also charged me for lightbulbs and batteries without proof that these were new and working when I moved in (also illegal) but by that stage I was happy to pay just so I didn't have to deal with them again. Very slow to respond to emails and just the usual agency who don't appreciate

BE AWARE OF THIS REAL ESTATE!!!
I rented from First National Chatwood for 2 years and dealt primarily with Simon Boroudjani (Principal at First national).
To say it was one problem after the next is an understatement!
- They refused to install an exhaust fan in the bathroom that repeatedly built up EXTENSIVE MOLD covering every wall. Instead they painted over the mold using the same painter which covered the mold prior to my lease.
- They DO NOT KEEP UP MAINTENANCE of the apartment.
A PIPE BURST (plumbers assessment: Old and worn piping) which required floorboards and carpet to be replaced
