I signed up for the 2 year option in 2017
Had a terrible experience trying to buy a property so pulled out as I was entitled to
Then got yelled at and abused by my coach for 20 minuets
Didn’t have anything to do with them after that
5 years later I receive a $5,000 invoice for life membership

Please avoid using these guys. We started over a decade ago and went to their “education” session. These had valid information but were often tailored towards selling properties for their own commission. We were gullible and naive and I blame myself for being too trusting. We purchased multiple properties through them and have ended up with numerous properties that have both negative cash flow and equity. No real help from them when this was communicated other than attempts for me to advance as an investor and attempt their managed developments.

Love how passionate the PRE team are to help myself and others better their financial position. Stay away from these guys as far as you can. After paying a $10,000 mentoring fee and to assist in getting you into the market, they will sell you properties claiming to be so called 'blue chip' in areas where there is supposed high yield growth. But in reality, they are in bed with small time developers who are just after peoples money. They advised us on property in Gladstone which has now lost over 50% of it's value where there are numerous people in the same boat as us. One of their staff members in particular (I would love to name him but won't) was so pushy in trying to get us into buying

Worst possible, never go there. Back in 2015, they said invest in Brisbane back in 2015. I didn't, I invested in Central Coast. Brisbane hardly went up by 12 percent in two years whereas my property in Central coast went up by 30 percent by now. I found the right location better than their experts even! I remember when I was about to invest in Central Coast, their coach tried to stop me from doing it by saying "you may not have the right knowledge". Also interestingly, I went to their seminar and asked where was central coast heading, I was told Brisbane is at 7 O Clock whereas Central Coast is
