The experience was first rate from beginning to end. Scott was very experienced and helpful in quoting, Michelle in the office friendly and helpful, and Jared the installer was just brilliant. Went all day with hardly a break, very thoroughly preparing the old wooden frames, getting old paint off the glass etc, and then did a beautiful job applying the new film. Thoroughly impressed by the whole team.

Neighbours can see into my apartment so I decided to get the windows tinted. Now instead of having a claustrophobic living room with the see though (but dark) blinds drawn all day I can have them open and the full light and view - it has totally opened up the apartment and filled it with light - while outside is a mirror so I don't feel like I am being watched. With floor to ceiling glass in my apartment, I couldn't turn off the aircon for a minute without it feeling like a furnace, sometimes even on winter days. Today, after the application of film throughout, my apartment feels so cool and comfortable. The blinds are up & the sun is coming in, but there's no heat in it ... what an amazing change. We’ve almost 100m2 of north facing windows and doors with no eaves, all extra large triple glazed units. Triple glazing works wonders with large temperature differences however they provided little protection from sun radiation coming through, even in winter. Following a heap of research we decided to commission UV windows to install exterior 3M Prestige film. Our advice to anyone considering window film is to speak to a company with a lot of experience and have been around for several years. Any film worth considering should always come with a certified data sheet showing all the key performance
