Annual Health Assessment (for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Patients and/or Patients over 75 years of age).
Demands on Doctor's time with each consultation and the need to see urgent cases may cause delays. Reception staff will endeavour to inform you of any delays as you arrive.
