Serge Videl Hairdressers is a fantastic salon and the team is wonderful. Serge has looked after me for 15 years and has been absolutely caring in how he looked after my long hair all of those years. I thank you for all of the fabulous haircuts and now that I am moving interstate, I can only hope to meet another hairdresser as good as you. (I might have to return to Hawthorn for the occasional cut). Thank you Serge, your the best.

I was looking for a salon close to my and I made an appointment at Serge Videl. I have to say I am incredibly happy with the quality of service, my hair cut and colour have been exceptional. Nerida is very experienced, one of things I love best is she does my colour and cut in such a short time, I recently had my haircut into a shorter style and I just love it, I am a forever customer now. Thank you Nerida- you are the best!!!

I most highly recommend Serge Videl Hairdressers. It's such a happy beautiful salon but more importantly, Sergio explained reasons for my hair being hard to manage. Sergio recommended a Kerastase treatment and cut my hair using his special method of snipping the split ends off not all the length. He paid great attention to my hair, when he asked me to run my fingers through my hair I couldn't believe it was my hair, it was so smooth and soft. Thank you so much for my hair being beautiful and manageable, I really appreciate your styling tips.

I have naturally curly thick hair and I use a straightener regularly that has made it dry and frizzy. Serge advised that thinning my hair will make it manageable and indeed it has! My hair looks great but is now very light, easy to manage and its less time consuming if I am styling it. He also recommended a few dos and don’ts to keep my hair naturally healthy!

I recently relocated from Hobart where my award winning best friend was my hairdresser at one of the top salons in the city so I had pretty high standards when finding somewhere new. The team at SV really went above and beyond to make my visit extraordinary and I was thoroughly impressed with the skills and knowledge of everyone I spoke to - particularly first year apprentice Hayley. Reasonably priced, fantastic hairstyling and great customer service. Thanks guys, can't wait to come back!

The consultation was in depth and informative because he was actually interested in giving me the best hair suited to my face as well as my lifestyle. I am new in the area and was looking for a hair salon. I called Serge Videl this morning to try my luck and fortunately was able to get a booking. The staff member (Paige) went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. She was friendly and took the time to understand what hair colour and outcome I was after; also she gave me a perfect head massage after the hair wash.
