Most eight year olds have enough adult teeth to give us an idea of how they will develop in the future. Our aim is to monitor your dental development allowing you to feel confident that your orthodontic needs are in our hands. Eight is also a great age to plan any early interceptive treatments if needed.
When Will We See you Again? We will most likely want to see you in 12 weeks. As your smile progresses we may need to see you more frequently, allowing your orthodontist to make the necessary adjustments that will put the finishing touches on, as you move towards your Beautiful Confident Smile. Our friendly team will take you through how to care for your teeth now that you are wearing braces.

Weird to say but today is a sad day. Even though we are over the moon that my daughter is having her braces removed it’s a sad day because we have been a part of this amazing practice since 2009. My son who is now 17 first came to see Michael when he was 5. He had many issues which over a number of years were all corrected. He now has a brilliant smile and his sister after today will be showing hers off as well. Our family has been so welcomed and treated so lovely through the years. It’s been an emotional time but everyone has been amazing. I will miss all the staff here especially

Fabulous orthodontic clinic!!
After seeing a popular orthodontist and having a terrible experience, coming into this practice was extremely positive.
Dr Counsel is highly experienced and was able to provide a plan for my son during the first consultation. He makes you feel comfortable, is highly educated and has great insight into orthodontics.
The team are also very helpful and lovely! :)

I can't recommend Menai Orthondontics highly enough. The team are all lovely, there is a great vibe in the surgery which is impeccably clean and they don't grossly overbook like some other places. Dr Dan and the staff take the time to interact with the patient (not just the parent/carer) and explain everything in detail.

Every single time, our appointments are smack bang on time. Every single person we have dealt with has been really professional and friendly. We were recommended by a friend and have not been disappointed. My son's teeth were all over the show and after 6 months with braces they're already remarkably better.
Everyone I know that goes to other orthodontists tell me that it’s not unusual to wait for an hour past the appointment time and bunches of kids get seen to at the same time – lined up on a long bench seat! You get exceptional one-on-one ON TIME treatment at this place.

I can not recommend Menai Orthodontics enough, my daughter has been a patient for years and today her braces came off, the minute we walked in back in 2013 we knew we were in the best hands.Dr Sarah & the whole team are so professional, friendly and fantastic at what they do...I feel like part of their family...don't worry I have 2 more children to come. Hands down the most pleasurable experience. My daughter required a lot of dental work and it was all explained well by the staff and Dr Sarah Dan. I am at the final stage of my treatment and can only give praise to Dr Counsel and all the staff for meticulously planning and executing my treatment from the very beginning.
The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment that you walk through the door.

Both of our children now have beautiful straight teeth, thanks to Dr Dan & all the lovely ladies at MENAI Orthodontics. We first started coming more than 5 years ago, we have never waited more than 2 or 3 minutes for our appointment in all those years! All of the staff have been so friendly & very helpful, going above & beyond, from the moment we walk in the door. To sum up, the level of service is second to none, the surgery is lovely, all the staff are fabulous, Dr Dan is wonderful & the results she has managed to achieve for both of our children - fantastic! We are forever grateful.
