Jenny is our friendly franchisee at Pacific Epping. Jenny is an experienced seamstress who worked in another Alter It store prior to purchasing the Pacific Epping store.

So disappointed picked up a pair of pants I loved to get fixed to cover a hole which I had made with the iron. I went to pick them up and they turned my 150 euro pants into cropped pants and didn't even apologise for it and the hem line that they mistakenly done is not even straight, just wanted to cry. Will never use them again.

Appalling service at a high price at Melbourne Central's Alter It outlet. I sent six items there for drycleaning two weeks ago - 4 heavy wool coats and 2 suit jackets. When I collected them, I was shocked. 3 coats were heavily covered in what looked like lint - but I could not remove any of it with a lint roller. Having sent my coats for drycleaning in the past, I knew that this job was done very badly, because properly drycleaned coats return looking fresh, clean and brushed, not in a worse state than when I first sent them in. The 2 suit jackets were also crumpled, especially at the lapels
