I just bought a Mustang from Challenger Ford and couldn't be happier. Everyone there was very friendly, great to talk to and made me feel very welcomed to be there. I'd especially like to thank Mark, Neil, Jade and Brian for all their help in getting me my dream Mustang and for all the communication they provided and making sure that the purchasing process wasn't stressful at all. Do not take your car there to be diagnosed or fixed. They have had mine returned to them twice now after the initial visit, and have had it for a total of 4 to 5 weeks. It is driving so so much worse than when I first brought it in, to the point I cant even drive it with any confidence that I'll make it home again. It is stalling, back firing, and reving all over the show. I went in with a starting issue and now can't even drive the thing. Will be calling them for a refund on the money spent since they have done absolutely nothing but made it worse. 2011 Falcon.

I had my doubts about ever using the Challenger Ford service centre again after a bumpy start. I would like to give credit where credit is due..... my issue with Challenger Ford was quickly rectified and my Mustang is as good as new thanks to John Jones and the fantastic mechanics that replaced my camera/GPS . We were kept up to date regularly by a lovely guy on the service team and loan car provided.
