Taking a Full Case History - this involves discussing all the symptoms you are experiencing in detail. You will then be asked questions in relation to the main body systems including gastro intestinal (digestion and elimination), nervous system (stress, sleep and mood), musculoskeletal (muscle/joint pain), reproductive health and so on.
Functional Testing - sometimes we will seek functional testing when the answer to your health problems can't be found in standard pathology. Complete Digestive Stool Analysis stool analysis tests are useful for detecting parasitic or bacterial infections in the gut. Stool analysis can also include indicators of gastrointestinal health such as pH, digestion markers, inflammatory markers, permeability markers, bacterial populations and yeasts.
Sports nutrition and supplementation can greatly improve athletic performance, fitness, body composition and training. Knowing what foods to eat, and when to eat them is a fundamental aspect of performance and recovery.

A Sports Nutrition Consult incorporates all aspects of nutritional assessment including Clinical Assessment (signs and symptoms of nutritional deficiency) with Biochemical Assessment (pathology reports) and Dietary Assessment (analysis of your usual dietary intake).Physical observation is a very important aspect of nutritional assessment as signs and symptoms of nutritional deficiency can be uncovered.
