Very disappointed with Locker Group's performance. We ordered a large quantity of mesh from them, payed full cost of work up front at their insistence and they did not have the mesh ready on the date they nominated. No phone call to explain the delay. A week passed, we contacted them only to be met with excuses, 2 weeks passed, more excuses. Another date for completion came and went. Unlike Locker, when we say our work will be ready, it is ready! That's professional. Customer service - 0.
