Elite Balustrades designs, manufactures and installs a complete range of commercial, domestic and fire stair balustrade and handrail, and pool fencing. We have more than 30 years' experience delivering projects, large and small, including new developments, refurbishments, strata upgrades and remedial work.
From humble beginnings in the 1980s in Sydney, when Elite Balustrades focused its efforts on relatively small domestic projects, we have slowly grown and our portfolio to include strata and large commercial projects for multinational companies. Paid our deposit 2nd February and expected installation in 4-6 weeks as per contract. Due to their delays we finally agreed to have our previous balustrade removed and deck ready for installation 13th May. It is now 17th June and we have no balustrades on a dangerous height deck and another broken promise date for them to arrive.
Update: amended to 3 stars - 5 stars for the product. 1 star for our experience described above.
The balustrades were finished 1st July. We are VERY happy with the finished product and installation. Hopefully our experience of delays and poor communication was an isolated
