A family business created in 2001, we've been operating for 20 years servicing homes and small business. We repair, troubleshoot, service and build computers for you. Our service centre is located on Marshall Lane in Kenmore, in the western suburbs of Brisbane.

Karen co-founded PC Plus in 2001 with her son Damian. With her diploma in Business, bachelor degree in Psychology, numerous certifications in computer programming & system applications, combined with her previous experience managing other family businesses it was a natural progression to develop and manage PC Plus Solutions successfully for the last 20 years.

A belated congratulations to our receptionist Rebecca and her partner Liam on the birth of their first child, Alice Rose Cassidy.
Renewing your licence keeps your product up to date, your devices secured and gives you free access to ESET's Sydney-based technical support. Your licence can be also enlarged for additional users and/or upgraded to a premium ESET product. If PC Plus purchased and installed ESET Internet Security software on your behalf, renewals are also processed through us.
Do you need assistance with your computer but are required to isolate or quarantine? Or, do you value your privacy, live out of our service area, or just not have time to bring your computer to our workshop or have someone come to your home? Our Remote Support Service can tackle computer issues without having a technician pay you a visit.

I've been having my computer problems sorted by PC Plus for many years during the period I ran my own business and even now that I'm retired and look after the computing requirements of an orchid society. Reliability and problem solving with a 'get it right first time ' approach is the hallmark of PC Plus. And they are a very friendly and welcoming bunch of people.

Visited here on 2 separate occasions and required some help with diagnosing and fixing both times, and they were very quick to not only troubleshoot but also to fix the issues I was having. Can definitely tell they have lots of experience and are very knowledgeable.

I have been a customer of PC plus for almost 10 years now. Every time I go in they are consistently friendly and professional. I have gone to them for all my computer needs. When my child spilt milk on my laptop and broke the cooling system PC plus didn’t try to coerce me into buying a new laptop, they offered a simple solution of a cooling attachment and fixed the problem completely. When it came time to get a new laptop I was able to do that through them as well. They set the whole system up for me and everything was up and running when I collected the laptop.
