We have over 1000 satisfied customers. Whether it's hardware or software, we're trained to fix your problems and provide practical advice on how to improve, or make the most of your current computer technology.
All our appointments are arranged for a time that is convenient for you. If you have an emergency give us a call and we can get to your home or office on the same day. If we're unable to resolve your problem then we won't charge you. Also, if your repair will require new components we will always check with you before making any replacements.

Service was excellent. My PC's BIOS was frozen and I couldn't manage to boot. Called in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon on the same day. Computer was fixed and found out I had a faulty RAM stick. If I ever have anymore issues with my computer, I will definitely be calling them again.

Had a problem with one of our home desktops and Jack was amazingly helpful. Came out that same afternoon after his next job. He is significantly cheaper price wise with no call out fee I would definitely use his services again and recommend friends/family. Just a great guy, great company and did a great job.

Would 100% NOT recommend this business. Used these guys some years back to recover a hard drive on my laptop. I was most concerned about recovering photos. After receiving my PC back and having serious issues - i.e. operating systems not working properly at all - my calls and emails were ignored. I paid in excess of $1000 for their services and later found out they even put the wrong 'new' hardware in my laptop. Inexcusably poor service and knowhow.

I'm a small business owner/consultant and was about to go into meltdown mode when my principle PC crashed. It couldn’t reboot and had some storage error/drive issues. I called Computer Repairs Brisbane for help and we arranged for Jack to have a look at it. The PC was up and running in no time and I could not have been happier. Jack fixed the hardware problem, answered all my tech questions and the PC is back to normal. I’m really happy with service and price and would suggest anyone who has IT issues to give them a call.

Jack replied to my missed call after I had visited another repair person to be told that my best option was to purchase a new machine. I was on my way to the shop when Jack called. He allowed me to take my machine to his premises allowing cost as only time of actual repair. He restored to perfect condition. His costs were very reasonable. I returned a second time to salvage a hard drive that had valuable files from an old machine password locked and long forgotten. Again the service was excellent.
