We have worked with every council across Melbourne and are used to dealing with Council work and the paper shuffling. We promise to keep on top of Council to make sure they are not taking their time to deal with your planning permit. Before you get a quote from a builder you need a set of plans to show them so they can do a costing.

Warning to anyone looking to use this company. Most unprofessional group of people that I have had the displeasure of having anything to do with. I employed them to design my multi dwelling development. I had to let them go and luckily knew when to cut my losses. I lost thousands paying these people for plans that would never have been approved by my council. I luckily employed another designer and achieved a much better result and easier council approval. Warning do your homework and keep away from this group.
