Aiming to maximise language and communication skills, we offer individual home based sessions, and school and kinder based sessions. Our therapy is suitable for children between 2 and 12 years of age. We provide assessments and therapy services for a range of difficulties including; Speech / Articulation, Dyspraxia, Autism, Language delay / disorder, Social/pragmatic difficulties, phonemic awareness, listening skills, and literacy difficulties etc.

ABC Speech Pathology was established to provide a much needed specialist service designed to meet the needs of young children. The program director, Amanda De Cesare has over 20 years experience working with children with communication disorders in a range of settings.
Working in both a therapist and consultant capacity, Amanda has developed innovative approaches to therapy which ultilize opportunities to extend and develop communication within everyday activities.ABC Speech Pathology service has been operating since 2000. Our therapists are highly experienced and can assess your child to determine specific areas of difficulty.

Our Autism therapy begins with an assessment to determine the child's abilities and needs. Following this, the speech pathologist sets goals that may include mastering spoken language and/or learning nonverbal communication skills such as signs or gestures or the use of augmentative communication. In each case, the goal is designed to help the child communicate in more useful and functional ways.
