Cupping is a traditional Chinese practice using glass suction cups on the skin, which rids the body of toxins through the skin and muscles.
In acupressure physical pressure is applied to acupuncture points by the hand, elbow, or with various devices. Some people like firm, strong pressure, especially in areas where muscles are tight. A practitioner can adjust the amount of pressure to suit a client's personal preference, but the effectiveness of the work does not depend on the pressure.

I've had a migraine for 5 days and went late notice and made a booking today. They had a spot within 30mins and I was treated by Ben. He was excellent, obviously trained and a complete life saver, so much I came to write a review! Wonderful caring therapist. Thankyou!! I will be back. They also accept health fund rebates!!

Don't come here if you want to relax. Just paid $90 for an hour only to have some lady come into the room twice to tell the male therapist to hurry up because another customer was waiting that they'd obviously over booked for. I feel less than relaxed. You should also have a no phone policy, not pleasant listening to customers speak to people on speaker phone.

This guys and gals are a god sent for people like me who constantly have sore shoulders, sore neck, back and feet. Located in the little arcade that you enter from the corner of Swanston and Latrobe just to the left of the escalators that go up next to the florist at Melbourne Central. It seems to be a hidden gem because I never have to wait long.
I alway leave here feeling better and trust me that's saying a lot. I'm here on average once a week! For other regulars like me don't forget to ask for a loyalty card.
Can't recommend highly enough!
