DO NOT GET REMIDIAL MASSAGE.
I got a remedial massage here and my neck is still in pain a month later. Some of the massage was good but it was too hard and I kept having to ask to be more gentle and to stop hitting the bone at certain points. She moved the area but then kept being really strong. She used her elbow on my neck. I asked her to stop and she moved on. Then did the same thing on the other side. I asked again. Then she walked to the top of the table and used her elbow on my neck bone. My jaw was pressed into the table and I couldn't move to say stop. It hasn't improved in a month so

Consistently great massages by different therapists. They provide health fund rebate too which is so much more worth it than a regular remedial massage from other places I’ve been to. There’s toilet on the premise and tea or water provided at the end of the massage.

True Thai massage is an absolutely professional service that delivers high quality massages to meet your individual needs. The staff are consistently smiling and kind, they make a point of asking you how hard you’d like the pressure to be and even offer tea or water after you’re done. I absolutely love my visits here.

The ladies here were lovely and understanding, the massage therapist was attentive and adjusted pressure according the my needs on different areas of my body. They did a wonder whole body massage, don't included and even stretched me at the end, which was like a gental waking process to end a magical massage.

I was a walk in, more like hobbled in though, LOL. After a 15+ hour flight from LAX airport my sciatica on left side acted up. Pain galore. I came here to help save my vacation plans.
This was my 1st Thai type massage. Heavenly. The price was very reasonable also. The bonus being this place was an easy walk to the Crown Plaza Hotel.

Been going here for many year already. Best massage in Melbourne! One of the thing I love about True Thai is their consistency in the quality they provide (doesn't matter which clinic you go to).

Very reasonable prices and lots of options.

15 minute foot massage for 15 bucks! You can't go wrong. Partner said it was relaxing and efficient. Really did get out the kinks and soreness from all the walking.

20 minute back massage for 20 bucks: the massage hurt at first but I think she was getting the kinks out. Very relaxing and totally worth the money.

Absolutely go to this shop for a massage!

Wish there was a bit more privacy in the foot massage area or just a calmer environment, but the shop was small so that is understandable.

Feeling tight, sore and worn out? Need to indulge in some R&R?
Whenever my body goes on strike, I treat myself to a massage at True Thai. Not only will you emerge completely stretched and relieved but you'll be planning the next one in your schedule. I know I am anyway!

The thing to remember about Thai massage is that it involves lots of rhythmic movements which are meant to ease your tense muscles and stretching components to promote blood circulation and healing. If it begins to hurt, try and relax or tell the therapist to go light (or vice versa). If you tense up because of the pain
