Hired Hyundai IMAX 8 seater for airport pick up of 6 people & 10 bags. The car was clean, drove well & had plenty of space to accommodate all passengers & their luggage. The owner gave me good advice on height restrictions at the airport. Overall good service &competitive pricing. Highly recommend.

Made a booking online via website- I was called and told the vehicle was unavailable and I would receive a refund. Two weeks later and multiple phone calls and still waiting for the refund, staff member on the phone has been rude and dismissive. They have lied saying they are not open and will return my money the following day several times.
Unethical and shady business, extremely unprofessional!!!

Rented a box truck for removals for the day and it drove well and was in really clean, new condition. Really great customer service also, was very helpful going through all the paperwork together. Would recommend and will use again in the future!

I have rented with Patel Car rental for well over 6 months and I can honestly say Patel was not only respectful but helped a lot as of course during pandemic times are tough. To hire a car is expensive but his cars are luxurious so you basically get what you pay for. Definitely would recommend this business 😁

Worse service. don’t trust that service. They change policy when they want. I used that service around one year. when I returned van he debit $700 for little damage he told he will give invoice for that and after credit my balance. but I didn’t get. I returned van 3 months ago.
Patel is not a good man
He looking only money
He never honestly

Wonderful service from the car rental manager. The truck was in an impeccable condition, and the lift tray was a great help. The rental cost was not only remarkably decent, the vehicle was a breeze.
