We have been with the WebOracle team now for close to eight years, and have been thoroughly pleased. They have built two very functional web-sites for us, that are highly specialised for the Art and Antique market. Any technical issues that we have ever encountered is dealt with quickly and with great care to detail.
I highly recommend their service, and will continue using them as long as they exist....Thanks guys......

Never ever I will use WebOracle again. If I could rate this business a zero I would.
We have been having ongoing account issues since May 2020. It is now October 2020.
They have been direct debiting $85 a month when the agreed amount $35 a month for website hosting.
They give you the run around.
You speak to a different consultant every time you call- to date about 5 people have been trying to “work this issue out”.
Either they’re massive scammers or their accounts department are complete duds- I suspect it’s both.
We still have multiple direct debits coming out, as well as no refund

The team at Web Oracle were enthusiastic, encouraging and willing to go that extra mile for our research project involving self-administered interventions for women with chronic pain. They provided a professional looking solution well within the allocated time frame and budget, and given the scope of the project, we were pleased with how few technical issues we had. The super fast turn around for any troubleshooting or tech support, has saved me hours of being in queues waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Weboracle have been absolutely fantastic in designing our new website. They implemented the SOTS package and from the beginning were extremely professional, efficient and being based in Australia meant that we could call them any time. Unlike our previous webdesigners, they are located in Australia and are prompt to answer our calls. It is so nice to talk to real people that instantly respond and assist with all our website needs. Weboracle also hosts our emails and since we've changed to Weboracle we've had no issues with our emails as our previous company were based overseas and were impossible

These guys have been fantastic at putting together an incredible online marketing plan that has seen our business grown dramatically.
