Our application for 'change of land use’ and a rural ‘shed’ was rejected by our local shire, the shire initially wanted a ‘full hearing’, Joe Algeri definitely knows his stuff, he took it to SAT which we won, the shire approved our application with no objections which prevented a full hearing, Over the moon with the result!

We live on a street whose residents are concerned about a large development opposite. Joe was very knowledgeable about town planning and gave us some good advice. Joe was very professional and very pleasant to deal with. The residents did not get everything we wanted but we were very appreciative of Joe's help nevertheless.

I would like to highly recommend senior town planner and proprietor Joe Algeri of Altus Planning to anyone seeking advice on Council building approvals. Joe and his recently enlisted right hand man Ryan Munyard have helped to ease an incredible amount of pressure that was building on myself and my sister. Their professional assistance at a council meeting gave us great reassurance and if not for them we would have felt like a ship without a rudder.
Thank you Joe and Ryan

I would highly recommend Ben Laycock of Altus Planning to anyone seeking advice on Development Applications or any sort of Council building approvals. Ben & the team recently assisted my company with a development application in the south west of WA and without them I don't know how we would have been able to navigate the requirements of local council. They were very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any query we had and were very professional throughout. We will definitely use them in the future when the need arises, thanks Ben, Joe and the team at Altus Planning.

We were extremely pleased to have engaged Joe Algeri for our planning project. We had bought a small plot of inner city land and aimed to build a modern architect designed family house. The house was designed with close liaison between our architects and the local council professional staff. We were all very surprised to find our council members voting against the plan for a variety of seemingly eccentric reasons when viewed from a planning regulation stance. It seemed clear that we were heading to the state tribunal. Our extremely experienced architect had dealt with the state tribunal on one
