Marie, our Practice Manager, joined the Toorak Fine Dentistry team in 2000. In this role, Marie supports staff and patients whilst simultaneously managing our office administration and accounting. Marie understands the intricacies of dental treatment from both the clinical and patient perspective, having worked as a dental assistant and in management.

A long standing member of staff Gizella has been working at Toorak Fine Dentistry since 1996. Originally a dentist from Hungary, after moving to Australia Gizella undertook a bridging course to become a registered Dental Hygienist at the University of Adelaide. Gizella has a strong focus on patient care and oral health education and is well loved by her patients.

From the first phone call, I knew this dental practice was going to be a different experience. I have a fear of going to the dentist and I was made to feel comfortable and at ease right from the start. Everything was explained to me in detail, and I felt NO PAIN! This was the best dental experience I've had in years. Thank you to all the friendly staff, and of course, to Dr Bianca.

Dr Maddie was extremely professional with all the work that she did for me today. She explained the process of my treatment throughout which made me very comfortable in the chair. Her assistant, Anna, was very friendly and the two of them worked very effectively together to make my visit thorough yet swift as I was finished within 60 minutes as promised. The receptionist, Anne-Marie, was very welcoming and she ensured all COVID 19 precautions were followed with sanitisers and temperature checks / questionnaires being done before my treatment. I am looking forward to my progress session next week

I’m normally a very nervous person going to the dentist but now I’m even finding myself making my next appointment. Very strange in that I hated going but the staff at the surgery are so welcoming and thoughtful.
They explain everything before they start and I don’t even feel anything thank god. FYI the place is ridiculously clean...which is a major thing for me. Thanks Dr AG for having hide standards and having very caring staff it’s a great comfort..😁

I had my first appointment with Dr. Andrew Gronow today and his wonderful hygenist, Gizella Papp. From the moment I stepped into the building I knew I would be in great hands. Dr. Gronow came and introduced himself to me before my appointment and already knew exactly who I was and my profession in the Arts. Every point of contact from there on in was first class. The facilities are immaculate, and the quality of the dentistry goes above all expectation. I am actually looking forward to my follow-up appointment. I guess no one likes dentist me included but this place makes me want to go! I recommended to my colleagues and they both thought this place was awesome. The office is beautiful, always welcomed by friendly staff. Doctors are all so professional and sincerely cares your health and the experience you have at the place. I always wanted to avoid dentists but now determined to have good set of teeth!! Love this dentist highly recommend it

I've been attending this practice since 2003 and it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made regarding my physical health. Dr Gronow and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They have… amazing technology and equipment on site and stay up-to-date with the very latest on offer. In addition, the staff members are so friendly! It makes it a pleasure to attend each and every time. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone seeking to improve their dental health or improve their appearance.
