My wife and I have been 3 years with K1 Dental and couldn't be happier. Dr Adam (Evans) has taken great care of us and I even had 2 root canals with him and it all went really good. All the staff we have met and dealt with have been really friendly and helpful.
Some other reviews mentioned unexpected extra costs. I can see where that is coming from since there were often x-rays, additional tests or whatever that were not particularly asked if one would like to have them and then they just appeared on the bill. Rushed & Overcharged On My 1st Visit.
I had a horrible first experience at K1 Dental. I felt rushed, my dental history was barely discussed, potentially serious problems were found with no adequate discussion of solutions & it all felt like bad advice, compared to other practices I've visited in the past.
Various ad ons were added to my bill… without my consent, such as X-rays that I did not request or need. I received a call about my concerns & was told that various steps had been missed due to Health Engine & I was being sensitive because of my health insurance coverage

Definitely recommend. Took my mother the other day. What a wonderful bunch of people.I've never really liked dentists but I like this one. Dr Michael talked us through procedures, went through all available options, was open and honest about the whole process. He is really positive which always leaves you feeling good about going to the dentist.

I have been with K1 dental just over 2 years now and I have to say the management, admin staff, hygienists and dentists are all EXCEPTIONAL.
As a client I Always feel so comfortable going there.
They have gone above and beyond to spend time with me explaining and providing education on my dental health

So grateful to K1 Dental, With an emergency to my front tooth, K1 saw me when many turned me away including my dentist of 15years+. Very caring & understanding from reception to dentist Carol Donadio. After only two visits l was comfortable enough to discuss cosmetic work. Had always been embarrassed by how my teeth looked. Today l smile with confidence. It has truly been life changing!!!!

It was a great day for Cohen - it’s been 4 years since we first meet Dr Adam Evans & the team at k1 Dental & the transformation is incredible. Initially we were told Cohen needed surgery & after having an alternative procedure & a much more cost effective option, the journey was so worth it. Useless. A plethora of a menu of treatments, non of which have ever been afforded to me in any one consult by 3 dentists.
When called to confirm my appointment I said I wouldn't be returning, wasn't asked as to why, no attempt at retaining me as a client. The two front receptionists are rude and more interested in their weekend and swiping your… private health card than they are about customer service.
The only good practitioner here is the dental hygienist Kim Ho.
The rest, are absolutely useless. For a Toorak establishment you'd expect better, but Thailand offers better results for a third

Having not been to the dentist for a few years I was a little nervous as my last dentist was horrible, but from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out, every single person I spoke to was absolutely lovely and made me feel very comfortable.
The dentist was very friendly and knowledgeable, she was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and without hesitation. The whole experience was wonderful and I am actually looking forward to going back for the rest of my treatment!

I just turned 40. Up until age 39 I had resigned to the possibility of dying of blood poisoning as a result of tooth abscess because I was unable to receive proper dental care due to major dental phobia caused by sensitive gagging.
After two failed attempts at seeking a dentist who would work with me I… became very discouraged. Coupled with an adult diagnosis of having CFS/ME (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ Myalgic Encephalomyeltis) making it difficult for me to go out and about, I thought my situation was impossible.
One day, I received a pamphlet
