Dr Charles and the Reception team are absolutely wonderful.
I have had a few visits and have always been impressed but today I rang needing an emergency appointment due to tooth pain and they accommodated me within hours as well as Dr Charles making time in his schedule for my follow up appointment. He treated me with care and compassion which is always needed when in pain. The service of the practice is always so professional, kind and courteous.
Sometimes the dentist can be scary but I highly recommended Dr Charles and the team.

Fantastic dentist, went in on my cousin's recommendation. Dr Joanne who assessed my cracked molar was thorough and extracted my tooth professionally with minimal pain. I really felt informed about the process and the aftercare and felt looked after. Highly recommend, change to use them as my regular dentist.

From the second that I walked in to the end of my procedure all staff were professional, friendly and lovely to be around. The team explained every thing to me in detail and walked me though every step along the way which helped relaxed me. I would highly recommended this dental service to anybody and everybody.

In summary very suspicious about my experience with this dentist.
I went here after breaking one of my tooth filling. They took about 2-3 minutes to make the sharp edges little bit smooth. Then did a x ray and provided me a list of treatments. Clearly said my filling is badly damaged and i needed root filling and then crown on it. Estimated minimum 3500$ for it. Then they further added saying cost can go further higher. Most importantly told me that is a must do thing due to the condition of my tooth and no other option. Then start pushing me to make a booking to start my root filling treatments

Very professional and friendly staff!! Dr. Joanna Tan did and amazing job! She was very knowledgeable and helped me get to know my teeth better! She was very caring during the cleaning process and explained what needs to be done. I was also really happy with the service! I received 2 reminders for my appointments and and the whole process was very fast and efficient.

Before i come to there, i was looking for a good dental practice because my teeth need a good clean. Then i saw the google review of this dental practice and just 3 minutes walking distance from home and i decided to give it a go. Now i feel so happy that i made the RIGHT decision. All the staffs are friendly and professional, i cleaned my teeth… did some fillings and got my nightguard as well. I was always thinking about how painful it would be to go to see the dentist but i was wrong no pain at all and everything was under Dr's control. I know it can be expensive to see a dentist, but

To say that I was scared to go to the dentist is an understatement, but the staff here were fantastic! They talked through everything before they started and were extremely thorough. At the end of my check-up they went through the photos and x-rays explaining exactly what needed doing, prioritizing what order things needed to be done in, and explaining what the costs would be in a written quote. I will definitely continue to go to this practice, their professionalism and patience can put the most terrified patient at ease.

Very clean and very professional from the moment i walked in the door. Polite staff and they explained what was going on with my teeth in great detail using the photos and x-rays to explain.
My teeth needed a good clean and they knew when it was going to sting as my gums were inflamed so she counted down as she got rid of the deposits giving me a good indication when the sting would stop!
Very happy and will be returning, an easy walk from home is nice too.
