I was fortunate to find my passion early in life, Real Estate and with Real Estate running through my family it was inevitable I would pursue a career in the industry.
My start came in 1989 joining P. Di Natale Real Estate as a junior in Footscray run by my uncle. Footscray provided many challenges and I had to adapt quickly to the riggers of property management in the West, nevertheless, this was an excellent grounding to start my career. I was then approached by Brad Teal in Essendon to join the firm and quickly rose to head the property management department.

We ask all the relevant documents be provided when submitting your application including all the information requested on the application form. The payment of your bond will be lodged with the Residential Tenancy Bond Authority (RTBA). The bond will then be electronically lodged via the RTBA online system.
In real estate there is a term "7 seconds", potential tenants make a decision on whether they like a property within the first 7 seconds they view the property. There are properties that cater for all types of tenants. If your apartment is older, its often larger in size in comparison to the new ones being built today.

Ernie took over our NRAS Property from a property manager who closed up there doors and went missing.
Without any tenant information and NRAS forms. Ernie went far and beyond to get all information and documentation in order, for our property to qualify for our NRAS payments and tax offsets. I couldn't thank Ernie enough for getting us out of the whole we were left in.

As far as realestate agents go , Carmelo has set a whole new benchmark, exceeded my expectations.

Ernie was a disgustingly rude and angry man to me and my family. He had no respect towards women, even in-front of my father and he clearly just could not be bothered with me. I apologised for being a few minutes late, which I told him I would be a few minutes late, and he totally disregarded my apology. He was inappropriately dressed for a real estate agent, he was unshaven and he was ready to cut my 15 minute inspection time down without any notice. Which he didn’t even specify the inspection time. We have been renting through Ernie Caputa for the past nine years over three properties , first with his old agency and now with Melbourne Residential Property Management. I cannot have enough good things to say about Ernie. The fact speaks for itself - we have been renting through him for almost a decade!

Been with Ernie since my first purchase and the start of the Melbourne Residential Property Group so it must be around 8 years working together. In this time I have referred many more properties from friends and family into Ernie's stewardship and team at MRPM upon hearing some horror stories from careless and non-accountable management teams.
