Classes are conducted in our large modern training facility, with a focus on learning in a fun and safe environment. We respect Jiu-Jitsu as a martial art and self-defense system, but we also believe it's much, much more. Jiu-Jitsu is about the journey of learning. The dynamic art and sport of Jiu-Jitsu instills in its students a mindset and lifestyle of continuous self-improvement and well-being.
BJJ is an energetic, inclusive, and practical sport that children love to play. We offer kid's training and classes that cater for girls and boys from ages as young as 4 years and older. Kids approach BJJ like structured play - but it teaches invaluable lessons about how to develop their bodies and minds to defend themselves using technique and position, rather than strength and aggression.
It really depends on which is best for you or your family. Inside the 7 Day Pass we evaluate which program is best fit acording to your situation and make a recommendation on which class program is best. You don't need to be fit to start training Jiu-Jitsu. In fact, Jiu Jitsu is a great way to get fit.

Been training with Murat for some six years now and simply cannot get enough: first rate instruction, focus always on practical and readily applicable techniques, and, as opposed to many academies that only focus on grappling/competition, also includes essential stand up self-defence and takedown techniques (mainly borrowed from Judo and wrestling). Suitable for all ages and genders and a very friendly place, could not imagine my life without it!

I highly recommend Nexus. The facilities are incredibly beautiful and with high hygienic standards. Murat, staff and all members are extremely respectful, friendly and welcoming. There is usually high skilled Judo and Wrestling coaches around sharing their knowledge with us. It is wonderful that blue, purple and brown belts are often helping and rolling with white belts. I can’t thank Nexus team enough for all the support received so far 🐺🔥

Murat is super knowledgeable snd experienced in his teachings of Bjj. He focuses on technique snd the finer details which I find helped take my bjj much further in a short amount of time. Gym has some lovely culture. Everyone is approachable, helpful and wanting to teach wherever they can. Great facilities also, clean and modern. Recommend for anyone wanting to start out bjj in a friendly and nurturing environment.

The coaches, facilities and culture can all easily be classified as the absolute gold standard for nurturing your development as a trainee and martial artist, regardless of your starting level. Murat and his team were my first exposure to jiu jitsu, and their conduct earned them a member for life. I'm sure many others will share in the same feeling. Great art, great club, great teachers! 5 stars simply isn't enough.
