We couldn't have applied for a home loan at a worse time. All the banks were amending lending criteria, which in turn, made it harder to be approved. We couldn't have done it without Deon and his team! He was on the ball with all the changes and updates. Paperwork was of utmost importance and we were kept up to date with the progress of our loan. With his innate attention to detail and capacity to organize, all we had to do was sit back and enjoy the ride!

We highly recommend Coffey Lending. Deon was very well informed about our loan options (and still managed to answer our questions while our destructive toddler was present), made the paperwork easy for us to follow and updated us at every stage of the process. Even after the loan was finalised and we had moved into our house, they fought on our behalf to get some unjust fees refunded. Deon and his team genuinely care about their clients. We will be back for any of our future lending requirements.

Coffey Lending guided us through the process of securing a loan to buy our land and another for the construction of our new home. That process turned out to be fairly complicated and we would have struggled on our own, so we are glad that we had Deon there to help us out. They were also there to act as a conduit between us and the bank as we organised progress payments for the build. The follow up service has been fantastic too and we've been able to get any questions about potential finance options answered very quickly. We are very happy clients!

Contacted coffee lending 3 years ago, friends of mine had dealings with Deon previously, had really good feedback from them, we found Deon to be very up front with all aspects of dealing with the bank for our rural house loan, found us the best loan even went as far as finding out rural property.
